There are questions about money that people don’t ask out loud. 1. What if I can’t max out my 401(k) or Roth IRA every year? Is it even worth investing? 

Reality check: Most Americans aren’t maxing out their retirement accounts. The majority are saving a few hundred dollars a month or less. What builds wealth isn’t perfection, it’s consistency. Small amounts invested regularly compound over time and create real results.

  • Set up automatic transfers, even if it’s just $25 per paycheck. 
  • Increase your contribution once a year by a small percentage. 
  • If your job offers a match, always contribute enough to get the full match.
