  • The U.S. Bank Visa® Platinum Card* offers a limited-time intro 0 percent APR for 21 billing cycles on both balance transfers and purchases (then a 17.74% – 28.74% Variable). The card also offers cellphone protection if you pay your mobile bill with the card, making it comparable to the Wells Fargo Reflect card.

    • Intro balance transfer APR offer:  0% introductory APR on balance transfers for the first 21 billing cycles.
    • Intro purchase APR offer: 0% introductory APR on purchases for the first 21 billing cycles.
