Discover it® Secured Credit Card

  • The Discover it® Secured Credit Card offers a 10.99 percent intro APR on balance transfers for 6 months from the date of your first transfer, provided that your transfer is completed by the date outlined in your card agreement. You’ll also get an intro balance transfer fee offer of 3 percent for all balance transfers posted to your account by the date outlined in your card agreement. After that date, the balance transfer fee rises to 5 percent and the card’s 27.24% Variable APR variable APR kicks in.

While this isn’t nearly the best intro APR offer you can get from a credit card — many cards actually offer 0 percent intro APRs — it’s still better than the Petal 1, which doesn’t offer any.
