Watch the State of the Market video on YouTube

The world was a lot different just four years ago.

The United States was about two months into Joe Biden’s presidency, public places like gyms and schools remained closed in some parts of the country due to COVID-19 restrictions, and yours truly (a recent college graduate) had just spotted an interesting job on LinkedIn at some company called The Oxford Club.

Today, I’m sharing an episode of Chief Income Strategist Marc Lichtenfeld’s YouTube series, State of the Market, that originally aired in March 2021. Despite how much things have changed since then, I think you’ll find that Marc’s advice in the episode is just as useful now as it was then.

It’s always important to have an exit strategy in place when you make a trade, but it’s especially important when markets are as bumpy as they’ve been lately.

Far too many investors allow their emotions to dictate their decisions, which causes them to hang on to losing trades instead of cutting bait and moving on.

To learn Marc’s best tips on when and how to sell your stocks (and see his impressive 1980s dance moves!), click the image above.
