in our Bankrate review

  • The Bank of America Travel Rewards card offers a 0 percent intro APR for 15 billing cycles on balance transfers made within the first 60 days of account opening and on purchases. After the intro period ends, an 18.24% – 28.24% Variable APR on purchases and balance transfers kicks in. A balance transfer fee of 3 percent for transfers made within the first 60 days also applies, and after that 60 days, it rises to 4 percent.

The Capital One Venture Rewards card, on the other hand, offers no intro APR. So, if you were planning on paying off a big trip over time with an intro APR offer, you’d be better off with the BoA Travel Rewards card.
