The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has issued the official 2025 Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) program plan information online.

The information helps federal employees and annuitants with making choices in the upcoming FEHB open season Nov. 11 through Dec. 9, 2024.

Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHB)

During open season, eligible employees and annuitants can enroll in, change, or cancel an existing enrollment in a health plan under the FEHB Program.

The OPM website contains the following information:

2025 FEHB plan information includes a list of all health insurance plans available in a state, as well as links to the plan brochures, changes for each plan from the previous year, information on plan patient safety programs, and links to the plan provider directories.

2025 FEHB plan comparison tool can be searched by entering various details such as zip code, plan name or the health insurance plan code, employee type, pay frequency, and number of members to be covered.

Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP)

Participants in the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) can find brochures for these programs here:

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAFEDS)

Open season is also time to consider any money that can be saved on out-of-pocket medical and dependent care expenses from Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAFEDS). Open season enrollments in FSAFEDS are effective January 1 of the following year.
